Adding CrossFit to the Warehouse
THe journey began to fill the void of a Crossfit affiliate in
Lititz, PA. Turnier aka junior turned a tiny corner of warehouse 37 into the blossoming crossfit lititz. the building has changed, our members are getting fitter, but our mission is the same....fitness for everyone!!!
CROSSFIT
Crossfit...not just for those ripped men and women you watch on TV. This high intensity functional fitness regimen mixes OLympic lifting, gymnastics, strongman, cardio etc. through broAD times and modal domains.
